Hi there, I am Kasheera LaTasha and I love inspiring others through powerful and uplifting media content. I created this website to help others heal themselves from the inside out. Over the years, I’ve realized that emotions are our guides, but when we don’t understand how to manage them they can become overpowering and even crippling. What we focus on we attract more of so when you are feeling down or having thoughts that are chaotic and/or stressful, if you stay focused there you will get more of that same energy. I used to think that there was no way I could guide my thoughts or choose to stay focused on the positive but now I KNOW the truth! It is a choice, if you don’t want to get caught up in the chaos of the mind you will have to learn to master your ability to become like an observer. Observe the thoughts, feelings, doubts, and fears. Don’t feed them. Instead be still. There are 3 parts to my method of not getting caught up; 1. Become an observer 2. Soothe the emotions you are feeling 3. Refocus on what you DO WANT to happen. I will go more in depth as I post more on this site but I can’t wait to share it all with you!
